Purchases made in-store at Clover on High are final sale and cannot be returned.
For online sales, if you’re unhappy with your purchase we will gladly offer a refund within 5 days of delivery date. Items returned within 10 days of delivery date will be issued a store credit. Items past 10 day period are non-returnable. Please note an online purchase cannot be returned to the Columbus store.
Returns must be in original, unworn condition with ALL tags still attached. Customers are responsible of shipping costs.

Items NOT eligible for return include:
Sale merchandise, jewelry, sunglasses, undergarments, seamless wear and scarves.
Please take caution when trying on garments. Items returned without all original tags, damages, stains or other signs of wear are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please keep this in mind when making your return!
